What 3D acrylic and metal letters look like
Production process
Every sign follows the same route through our workshop: dimension drawing, lighting effect design, CNC cutting and assembly, a 48-hour lighting test, then timber-framed crating for export. You approve the drawing before we cut anything, and we send photos or video at each step.

How 3D acrylic letters are made
Letters are CNC-routed from 6mm to 20mm acrylic or metal, then the edges are flame-polished so they read as solid blocks of colour rather than flat cut-outs. Each letter gets a hidden stud or a small standoff on the back, so the shape lifts off the wall and casts a soft shadow.
CNC-routed to your artwork
Letters are cut from your vector file, with kerning set by our designer.
Polished and laminated
Edges are flame-polished; faces can be laminated with mirror, brushed metal or crystal.
Hidden fixings
Threaded studs or standoffs on the back, with a 1:1 paper template for the installer.

What a factory-direct letter set gets you
Letter sets are usually bought through a fabricator who outsources the cutting and adds 40%–60% markup. We cut, polish and laminate in our own workshop, dry-fit the whole set on the template, then pack it flat for export.

That is the range our own acrylic and metal letter projects have landed in over the past year — including crating, air freight, US import duties and final delivery. Four things move the number:
- Letter count and size — a logo mark and a full storefront name are different sets
- Material and thickness — 6mm acrylic is the baseline; cast crystal and 20mm metal cost more
- Finish — solid colours are cheapest; mirror, brushed and electroplated finishes add cost
- Mounting — standoffs, stand-off rails and indoor versus outdoor fixings are quoted per wall type

How much do 3D acrylic letters cost?
Most of our acrylic and metal letter sets land between $650 and $1,800 USD delivered DDP to a US address, including crating, air freight, US import duties and final delivery. Letter count, size, material thickness, finish and mounting are what move the number.
Acrylic or metal — which should we choose?
Acrylic gives you the widest colour range at the lowest cost and reads as a solid block of colour. Metal (brushed stainless, mirror-polished or electroplated) costs more but handles rough handling and outdoor exposure better and looks more architectural. Many logos combine both.
Can the letters be used outdoors?
Yes. For exterior use we supply UV-stable acrylic or stainless/aluminium with stainless fixings and, where needed, a clear protective coat. Send a photo of the wall and we will confirm the right material and fixing.
How are they mounted?
Letters are supplied with threaded studs, keyhole plates or standoffs on the back, plus a full-size 1:1 paper template with every hole marked. Your installer drills to the template and fits the set — most interiors take under a day.
How long does manufacturing and delivery take?
Production takes 5 working days after you approve the layout, and DDP air shipping adds 10 to 14 days.
