What reverse halo signs look like
Production process
Every sign follows the same route through our workshop: dimension drawing, lighting effect design, CNC cutting and assembly, a 48-hour lighting test, then timber-framed crating for export. You approve the drawing before we cut anything, and we send photos or video at each step.

How reverse halo lighting works
A halo sign uses the wall as part of the design. The LED modules sit inside the return and face backwards, and the letters are held off the mounting surface on spacers. Light travels through that gap, hits the wall and washes back around the letter shape — so you see the logo clearly with a soft ring of light behind it, and no lamps or diffusers in view.

That is the range our own halo and reverse-halo projects have landed in over the past year — including crating, air freight, US import duties and final delivery. Four things move the number:
- Character count and size — a single logo mark and a full facade wordmark are different projects
- Face material — painted aluminium is the baseline; brushed stainless and cast acrylic cost more
- Return depth and standoff — deeper returns and wider spacers need more materials and labour
- Mounting and height work — raceways, permit drawings and remote drivers are quoted separately when needed

What is the difference between reverse halo and front-lit channel letters?
Front-lit letters shine through the face, so the logo is bright from the road. Reverse halo letters light the wall behind them, so the letters stay dark and appear to float on a soft glow. Halo is the more architectural, premium look; front-lit is brighter at distance and usually costs less.
How much do reverse halo signs cost?

Will the halo look even, or will I see hot spots on the wall?
Even glow comes from three things we control at the factory: high-CRI modules, a parallel wiring layout so every letter carries the same current, and a standoff gap sized to your wall material. Rough or textured walls need a wider gap than smooth painted surfaces, and we set it in the drawing stage.
Do halo signs work outdoors in rain, salt air and heat?
Yes. Returns are 1mm galvanized steel or stainless, sealed to IP67 and powder-coated, and every unit runs a 48-hour continuous burn-in test before crating. We ship to coastal New England and desert California the same way.
