How much does a custom commercial sign cost?
+Pricing depends on product type, size, letter count, and lighting spec, so each project is quoted individually. As a reference, a standard light box is roughly $680–$1,800; the larger the size and the more complex the lighting, the higher the price. Every quote already includes production, design fee, shipping insurance, and customs clearance (DDP door-to-door). As the primary manufacturer we save you 40%–60% versus local brokers — send your artwork for an exact quote.
Do you ship to the USA, and how long does it take?
+Yes. We ship nationwide under full DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) terms — we handle export, US customs, import duties, and delivery to your door. Express Air DDP takes about 10–14 days; Ocean DDP takes about 18–25 days, depending on destination and cargo. There are generally no extra fees on arrival.
Are your LED signs waterproof for outdoor use?
+Yes. All exterior signs use IP67 resin-potted waterproof LEDs and weather-resistant metal and acrylic materials, built for outdoor use.
Is it hard to install the sign myself?
+No. Every order includes a 1:1 scale paper mounting stencil, pre-spaced studs, a UL-compliant plug-and-play power adapter (12V low voltage, standard US 110V plug), and step-by-step video instructions.
Do you offer a warranty on your signs?
+Yes. We provide a 3-year factory warranty on the internal LED light components, with free replacements. Damage caused by human actions (such as unauthorized modification or impact) is not covered.
What if my sign arrives damaged?
+We insure every shipment. If you find any damage upon receipt, please take photos and a video immediately and send them to us; we will file the insurance claim to protect your interests.
What payment methods and terms do you offer?
+We accept PayPal and T/T wire transfers. The terms are a 50% deposit to place the order and the remaining 50% balance before shipping.
Can you make my custom logo or design?
+Yes. Send a logo, photo, or even a hand sketch — our pre-press team vector-traces it into CAD toolpaths free of charge and builds it in your colors, size, and lighting style. If you don't have artwork, we can help you create it.

How long does production take?
