What custom LED neon signs look like
Production process
Every sign follows the same route through our workshop: dimension drawing, lighting effect design, CNC cutting and assembly, a 48-hour lighting test, then timber-framed crating for export. You approve the drawing before we cut anything, and we send photos or video at each step.

How LED neon signs are made
LED neon is not glass neon. A flexible silicone tube with LEDs inside is bent to follow your design, then fixed to a clear or black acrylic backer that is cut to match the outline. That makes it shockproof for shipping, safe at 12V on site, and far cheaper to run than traditional glass neon.

Most neon sold in the US is resold from a wholesaler with 40%–60% markup and no artwork check. We redraw the artwork, bend and test the tube in our own workshop, and ship it DDP with the driver and fixings included.

Neon signs are priced by total neon line length, backer size and mounting — so a wordmark, a script logo and a full wall feature are different builds. Send your artwork and size and we return a line-item DDP price with the mockup, usually within 24 hours.

How much do custom LED neon signs cost?
Neon is priced by total tube length, the number of colours and the backer shape, so a wordmark and a full wall feature are very different builds. Send your artwork and size and we return a line-item DDP price with the mockup — usually within 24 hours.
Is this real glass neon?
No. It is UV silicone flex neon with LEDs inside the tube. It looks like glass neon but is flexible, unbreakable in transit, runs at 12V instead of high voltage, and uses a fraction of the power.
Can LED neon be used outdoors?
Yes, on covered or sheltered exterior walls — bar terraces, canopies and entrance features. The tube is sealed against moisture; for fully exposed locations we add extra sealing and confirm the right spec from your photos.
How is the sign installed?
Signs arrive pre-wired with a 1:1 paper template and hidden standoff or screw fixings. Most clients mount them to drywall or timber in under an hour, and no electrician is needed because it runs on a standard 110V plug.
How long does manufacturing and delivery take?
Production takes 5 working days after you approve the mockup, and DDP air shipping adds 10 to 14 days.
What do I need before I request a quote?
Your artwork — vector files are ideal, but a sketch or phone photo is fine — plus the approximate size you want, whether it is indoor or covered outdoor, and your full delivery address. We need the complete address to calculate the exact DDP freight.
