Every sign follows the same route through our workshop: dimension drawing, lighting effect design, CNC cutting and assembly, a 48-hour lighting test, then timber-framed crating for export. You approve the drawing before we cut anything, and we send photos or video at each step.

A beer cave is a hard environment for electronics: the doors open and close all day, the glass sweats, and the cavity stays cold. We build the sign as a sealed, low-voltage unit that lives inside the cooler frame, with modules spaced for even light and wiring that survives constant vibration at the hinge side.

How much do beer cave signs cost?

Do beer cave signs need to be double-sided?
Usually yes, if the sign sits inside the cooler or on a swinging door and is visible from both sides. For signs mounted flat against a wall or a single-sided frame, a one-face build is cheaper and we will confirm the right option from your photos.
How do they handle cold and humidity?
Housings are sealed aluminium with gaskets, and the LED modules are IP67 rated, so condensation inside the cooler does not reach the electrics. Wiring is strain-relieved on the hinge side to survive constant door cycles.
Can you match our beverage brand colours?
Yes. Send the brand Pantone references (or the approved artwork pack) and we print and powder-coat to match, then check every door in the run against the reference before crating.
How long does manufacturing and delivery take?
Production takes 7 working days after you approve the artwork proofs, because every unit is programmed and burn-in tested. DDP air shipping adds 10 to 14 days.
