Production process
Every sign follows the same route through our workshop: dimension drawing, 3D design mockup, CNC cutting and assembly, a 48-hour lighting test, then timber-framed crating for export. You approve the drawing before we cut anything, and we send photos or video at each step.

What a factory-direct channel letter actually gets you
Most US sign companies buy channel letters from a wholesaler and add 40%–60% markup. We are the workshop itself: the steel returns are welded in our yard, the acrylic faces are cut and polished on our CNC, and the LED modules are wired and burned in for 48 hours before crating. You deal with the engineer who builds your sign, not a broker.

How much do custom channel letters cost?
$800 – $2,500 USD per sign, delivered DDP to your US address.
That is the range our own front-lit channel letter projects have landed in over the past year, including crating, air freight, US import duties and final delivery. Four factors move the number:
- Letter count and size — a 3-letter logo and a 20-foot storefront name are different projects
- Font complexity — thin scripts and serif details need more welding and hand-finishing
- Return depth and face material — cast-crystal or mirrored acrylic costs more than opal
- Mounting — raceways, permit drawings and remote-driver layouts are quoted separately when needed

How much do custom channel letters cost?
Most of our front-lit channel letter projects land between $800 and $2,500 USD delivered DDP to a US address, including crating, air freight, US import duties and final delivery. Letter count, font complexity, return depth and face material are what move the number — send your logo and size for a line-item price.
How long does manufacturing and delivery take?
Production takes 5 working days after you approve the 1:1 CAD blueprint. DDP air shipping adds 10 to 14 days, so a typical project reaches your door in about 3 weeks end to end.
Do front-lit channel letters work outdoors in cold or coastal climates?
Yes. Our returns are 1mm galvanized steel, sealed to IP67 and powder-coated, and every unit runs a 48-hour continuous burn-in test before crating. We ship to coastal New England and desert California the same way.
What do I need before I request a quote?
A vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF), the finished size you want, a photo of the wall or fascia, and your full delivery address — street, city, state and ZIP. We need the complete address to calculate the exact DDP freight; if you only have a JPG, send it anyway — we redraw it for free.
Can you match our exact brand colour?
Yes. We powder-coat the returns to a Pantone reference you supply and print the acrylic faces to the same reference, then check every letter before packing.
Is installation included, and what does my installer need?
Signs arrive pre-wired with a 1:1 paper mounting template and hollow-wall spacers; most electrical contractors finish the install in under a day. We do not install in the US, but our engineer stays on WhatsApp with your installer during the job.
