3. Navigating International Freight Realities & The Air Cargo Size Limit

Logistics for oversized architectural fixtures require constant adaptation. Initially, Tai requested expedited air shipping to Waller, TX. However, when our logistics team delivered the crated sign to the international air freight terminal, airline cargo regulators rejected the shipment.

Commercial aviation safety rules strictly mandate that any package with a single side length exceeding 150 cm (59 inches) or a total weight over 68 kg cannot be accepted on standard passenger or freighter aircraft. Because this sign spanned 92 inches, air freight was physically impossible.
