Therefore, our engineers designed a modular system. We split the custom front-lit channel letters into 5 precision-interlocking sections at natural cursive gaps. 2. Vector CAD Optimization & Color Proofing

We selected frameless (trimless) construction for these custom front-lit channel letters. Instead of using bulky plastic trim caps, 4mm cast acrylic faces were bonded flush to the aluminum returns. 3. Automated CNC Bending & Darkroom QC Burn-In Testing
Following final approval of the Material & Effect Manual, production began in our factory. Automated CNC letter-bending machines shaped 50mm-deep aluminum coils. Then, we applied durable matte black enamel coating to the metal returns.
In addition, waterproof 6500K LED modules were wired in parallel across the composite backplates. Before crating, the entire set of custom front-lit channel letters underwent a 48-hour continuous electrical burn-in test and water-spray inspection. This guaranteed uniform brightness with zero dark spots across all letter strokes.
