What dynamic RGB signs look like
Production process
Every sign follows the same route through our workshop: dimension drawing, lighting effect design, CNC cutting and assembly, a 48-hour lighting test, then timber-framed crating for export. You approve the drawing before we cut anything, and we send photos or video at each step.

How dynamic RGB lighting works
Unlike a static sign, every LED in a dynamic RGB sign is individually addressable. A small controller drives those pixels and tells each one which colour to show at any moment — that is what creates chasing, rainbow flow, waves and colour fades across the letters. The controller and power supply are built into the sign or into a remote enclosure, and the sign ships with your preferred mode already loaded.

That is the range our own dynamic RGB projects have landed in over the past year — including crating, air freight, US import duties and final delivery. Four things move the number:
- Sign size and letter count — a 19.5ft storefront name and a small backlit logo are different projects
- Pixel density — finer pixel pitch gives smoother animation and costs more per square foot
- Animation complexity — multi-zone effects that run different patterns on different letters need more channels
- Mounting and enclosure — remote drivers, raceways and double-sided boxes are quoted separately when needed

How much do dynamic RGB signs cost?
Most of our dynamic RGB projects land between $950 and $2,400 USD delivered DDP to a US address, including crating, air freight, US import duties and final delivery. Size, pixel density, animation complexity and mounting are what move the number — send your logo and size for a line-item price.
How do we control the colours and animations?
Every sign ships with an app and WiFi controller. We pre-load your chosen modes — chasing, rainbow flow, colour fade, wave, running border or a single fixed colour — and pair the controller at the factory, so you can switch patterns from your phone without touching the wiring.
Can the sign run one fixed colour if we want?
Yes. Dynamic RGB signs can be set to a single fixed colour and left there. If you never need animation, our static channel letters range is cheaper — see the Custom Static Channel Letters page.
Do dynamic signs need special wiring or a separate power supply?
No. The Mean Well Class 2 driver and RGB controller are supplied with the sign, either built into the housing or in a remote enclosure sized for your installation. Everything arrives pre-wired for a standard US 110V supply.
How long does manufacturing and delivery take?
Production takes 7 working days after you approve the 1:1 CAD blueprint, because every sign is programmed and burn-in tested across all animation modes. DDP air shipping adds 10 to 14 days.
What do I need before I request a quote?
A vector logo (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF), the finished size you want, a photo of the wall or fascia, your preferred animation mode if you already know it, and your full delivery address — street, city, state and ZIP. We need the complete address to calculate the exact DDP freight.
